May 7th Quarterly is ugly. Time to die countdown timer ticks on for now... but maybe only for another quarter and a half... The larger losses reported aren't the biggest problem, given various write-downs to reality that are one off. Instead, the real problem is that declining prices are a trend MCP can't survive... current revenue can't sustain the debt they have now... and the fuze on the burn rate has them getting closer to more volatile events.

Revenue decline is even larger this go than in the prior quarter... 10% less this time vs. a 6% cut in the last Q... but, "staying on trend" is what you have to recognize... and, here, the trend is not MCP's friend.

"a bigger quarterly loss, hurt by inventory write-downs and lower prices... reiterated that it would need more financing".
