I think we will see a short-term reversal in the tech stocks and tech data. Indicators have turned positive: marketgauge.com A lot of money has gone into bonds and cash recently and should be ready to come back in soon. However, mutual fund reserves are very low (5.5%) which may indicte that the funds will have to pull money out of the market.
