It's a bet on the come. Where else can you put up a buck and perhaps make 20-25 % in a couple months. With the 20 mill financing it appears at least one syndicate thinks they have a chance of staying in business for awhile.

They get their shares at .75 cents and if they can hold DGSD together long enough to unload at $2.00 or 3.00 bucks.....
