joseffy - After reading the article I have a couple of questions.
Why was the word "sodomite" considered foul language? Those who lived in the city of Sodom were called sodomites. The city of Sodom was known to be full of buggers and so the term Sodomites was applied to buggers whether they lived in Sodom or not. Sodomite and sodomy can be found in any dictionary. There it defines a sodomite as one who practices sodomy. Sodomy is carnal copulation with members of the same sex or with animals. It seems only natural to me to call buggers Sodomites. In the dictionary buggery is defined as sodomy and a bugger as a sodomite. I don't know why any gay man would object to being referred to as a sodomite or a bugger..
I am surprised that President Obama did not proclaim today International Sodomite and Bugger Appreciation Day.
The article prompted another question.
Why do Sodomites or Buggers wear and use a lot of leather? Is it somehow attached to a need to be close to animals. In the dictionary you see the connection to buggery of animals with sodomites. When they put on leather pants and shirts and sodomize and bugger each other do they somehow connect this with bestiality?

Perhaps Gene the victim can help us out here. How about it Gene? Do you personally take offence at being referred to as a sodomite or a bugger and if so why?
Is the preference for wearing leather by sodomites and buggers somehow attached to bestiality when performing sodomy and buggery?

I am just trying to understand fully President Obama's position when it comes to Sodomites and Buggers. He and Michelle take a position that is very friendly to Sodomites and Buggers. Just how friendly we are not sure but some of us have our suspicions. You might say that the President and Michelle are sodomite and bugger friendly. They have pledged to make the US a sodomite and bugger friendly country.

I think we should call this depravity exactly what the dictionary calls it. I will do so from now on.
Of course, I am against it all. It is disgusting, depraved and sinful.
