Win7 is your Operating System, but your browser would be something like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, ect... Since you are not experiencing this issue with other websites, it may well be a site related problem conflicting with your printer. It's not a solution, but a possible workaround would be to copy and paste the text you want into a text editor. Notepad and Wordpad are both standard issue with Win7 and should work fine for text. For more features, something like LibreOffice will give you more formatting options such as colors and font sizes. It's basically a freeware equivalent of Microsoft Office if you don't have that.
