It was over when Obama took office. Bush did what was necessary to bring it to a conclusion. Yes, it ended up taking 5 years, but still, it was stable.

Now, Obama has managed to turn it into a major disaster with no end in sight.

I wonder if we could get GWB to straighten it out like he did before?
