If you buy a new system desktop/laptop, it should default to the desktop on startup, but then you are probably confused about how to start your programs. We need to remind Ish to install some type of free Start button program, or it is insanely frustrating trying to figure out how to start your programs. And also tell him to pin his most used programs to the Task Bar...
