It was always intended to be that way. For the life of me I can't see where people get the idea Communism was ever well meaning but has been misapplied .... every time it's been tried. There were some sharp minds in the U.S. that thought communism had merit during the 30's. No, they weren't sharp minds, they were stupid gullible people.
