When I hear there's a consensus on man-made climate change, it confuses me when I hear so many different stories. Mann says "no hiatus"..."These factors include the likely underestimation of the actual warming that has occurred, due to gaps in the observational data." I don't know what to subset from this article, but he seems to allude we're not observing good enough. They're looking for it. I'm sure the updated version of the government data will "find" it. It's a matter of time. Science at its best. They better hurry, because we are cooling, and it's going to accelerate.
