"I concur with your assessment that solar is a bad investment." I don't concur with your concurrence. Mine is a great investment. PG&E owes me almost $17 for April. That's $16.50 for the yearly billing period, and my 4 best months are May-Aug. What was your electric bill last month? Gifting a private sector business with a free solar system and free electricity for 25 years is crazy. That's why I'm working with the school district, and not the general store.
