With SBO going to HET for 2.4 times book, this should put GND at about $28.50.

Also, they should announce signing of management agreements for 2 properties in the next week.

If Hiltion were to buy GND they would own one side of the south end of the Vegas strip.

I have a feeling because small bits of info that it is highly possible that a company other than Hilton has been inquiring about GND. I have not been able to find out who it is. Maybe the good guy will shed some light on this.
