They're idiots. It's total common sense that if you pay low wage workers decent wages, they're going to spend every penny and stimulate the economy. Whereas if you give wealthy people more money, they just put it in their pile of benjamins.

Most of the non-wealthy people like inode that support those ideas are afraid it's going to raise the price of their Big Macs.
