IHUB staff is shorting Fuse. long_vester by long_vester • Dec 13, 2013 5:14 PM Flag
During the past month or so,, several of my replies to the known criminal hired paid basher, …“Floydtheoneandonly,” “charlesp0nzi,” “thetruthseekercom,” are [stock message board] pseudonyms used by Floyd Schneider... Who, after a court order of his illegal paid bashing was discovered, changed his identity to Stockdung, and stockdungU. at silicone investor, and IHUB. And in the past 4 months used his identity here as “charlesp0nzi,”.
Anyway, Flyod has posted several mis-contrived formulas regarding the A warrant conversion in the past month. And at nearly every instance IHUB admin deleted all responses without personal mention directly to Floyd, of the correct figures stemming from the SEC files, and information which related the correct formulas to set wrong to right.. Not as personal attacks but as off topic.
When are responses regarding fact SEC files and number formulations considered off topic?? NEVER!!
This is very telling, and for IHUB, far off their previous history and action,, favoritism, or short positions by IHUB staff.
IHUB staff are eliminating people with a positive position, and awarding punishments restricting them. Granted there' are several people who write stuff on message boards who, retort with nonsense, it's easy to restrict and eliminate some..
However,, facts and data as supportive retort??
That's major.
And now I know it's not simply limited to protecting Dung who has said several times, his sole interest is Davidson,, of the co-investor's of Fuse technology. Because he's partly responsible for creating Zicam.. And cost Floyd 40 grand in a defense for having bashed that company years ago. Flyod's bashing was removed by court order.
And now IHUB Admin, is deleting retort exposing 'tontis_acheater' evidence from Fuse, e-mail quoted his claims of receiving a preliminary 10K report by buying it from the IR. Are lies!!
IHUB enjoined violation with these people Section 9(a)(2) and Section 9(a)(4) of the Exchange Act! |
