I have some money; I also have clients and friends who are eager to help.

Buying at the RIGHT time, even in small quantities can push stocks around.

I think my buying and that of some friends of mine helped push up XICO back in April over a strong resistance level - 9 1/4. It went on to 14. Still, that stock is less liquid and things happen easier there.
