I agree with that article and what you've just said...
-right now there's nothing substantive to say it'll happen
-we really won't know until it's on top of the markets
IMO... the probabilities now rest in Europe

Anna Gelpern - Georgetown University recently said:

The entire structure of the EU debit is flawed
Portugal - Italy - Spain (are)

Their internal political divisions hold power over the ECB
So the ECBs powers are limited
Institutional buffers are limited if non-existent

Why all those countries ever wanted to turn over control of their economies to the power of the German's - Austian's and the Belgian's is beyond my comprehension.
