Good morning Frank. With the downdraft in the Asian markets and todays triple witching we did get a scary market this morning. Emotions were going overboard with an almost 270 point drop. Investors are worried and are throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Acamporo could be partly right for later next year, I just question his darn timing before the triple witching. Nothing happened yesterday that could not wait for Monday. Even he is playing those little games now. But it is nice to see that there is an over 100 point buying spree coming in. Somebody seems to think that the market is not going to collapse. Our economy, interest rates etc. don't warrant such a drop in stocks at this time. Yes, some cos. will get hurt some with that Asian flu but you would think that all their sales are to Asia. I don't think our trade deficit shows that we have been THAT successful in Asia. Anyhow, I am staying put. We could go lower again later today but those, you know who, will not get my stocks at those prices. Even 20% down from here is peanuts on what I have lost in some of the techs. I think Intel is down 40% from it's high, CPQ down about 35% and now they are working very hard on Dell. In a cpl. of years we will be glad that we are not selling. Heck, we would have to go to under 4000 in order to be in the same boat as 1987. I survived that and we had a bad interest environment etc. at that time. I am still expecting a rally in the near future, later today might be a good start. gg. Most of our cos. are in pretty good shape. Msft would be great if the Govt. could leave their fingers out of it. It could get hurt some. Now that's when we have to worry about our cos. not when they are doing a good job and are getting leaner and meaner.

I will answer the rest of the posts and go watch the action. Actually pretty interesting if you don't panic. I would like to have the money some of the big boys have. I could go on a buying spree too.

Sonny
