"YOU mentioned the county .. not me." I said the county didn't require me; you changed that to "the county wouldn't let me". "YOU claimed you could only do what the buyer said" I said I did what the buyer wanted done. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have turned down a free system and free electricity for 25 or 30 years, had the idea occurred to me. I'm pretty sure I've told you I don't give gifts to the private businesses, too. Why would I? "I am enjoying seeing you squirm."
