I see this as a PC mess because the Gov was afraid to announce a war on Islamists and profile Muslims. If Bin Ladin called someone here we should not have needed a court order to listen in. The lines in the airport should have contained one for all Muslims.

We could not be open about it and take on the ACLU. If we had passed a Dec of War we could have.
