You wouldn't have brought up the county if you weren't looking for an excuse. I said I did what the buyer wanted done. IOW you want to use them as your excuse too. Rather than just say you knew solar didn't make economic sense. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have turned down a free system and free electricity for 25 or 30 years, had the idea occurred to me. I'm pretty sure I've told you I don't give gifts to the private businesses, too. Why would I? You could have found a different buyer. Or the buyer you had could have paid you back from the savings from the FREE ELECTRICITY for 25 or 30 years. See, no problem. And no excuses for you. You say daily that solar is great and economical .... so the claims you didn't think about it or your buyer would have rejected such an economical boon aren't believable.
