Bruce, State of the art is correcto mundo. I was just reaching for my copy of the FNET business plan, musta left it at work. Anyway, I wanted to point out that Franklin has the ability to upgrade some of their equipment, by using the phone lines only. They don't even have to send a technician to the customer's premises. I'm pretty sure this was in the business plan, it may have been printed somewhere else. If someone has a copy of this information, I sure wouldn't mind a re-post of it here. Timbo
