That's why my utility owes me $23, while you won't say how much you owe yours every year. "How much do you owe yours, for just this month? Irrelevant." I know what that means... $100 electricity bills every month "I live in a 2 story, 4 bedroom house near the Gulf coast. Mine has 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, is near the Pacific Coast, and has free electricity.
