If I was responsible for paying their bills, I probably would have. Since I'm not, that thought only occurred to you.

If I thought solar was economical and virtuous, I would have bought one for my house. Oh, that's right; I did that 9 years ago. That's why my utility owes me $23, while you won't say how much you owe yours every year.

"How much do you owe yours, for just this month? Irrelevant."

I know what that means... $100 electricity bills every month
