Sounds like Paul plans to grow the business by buying shares in other under-valued companies.

Maybe a better analogy would be it looks like a closed-end mutual fund that will invest in other public and private companies using private placement opportunities to get discounted shares. They will also invest in "assets and projects".

The release did not describe other business activities so it sounds like a passive investment vehicle to me. Or maybe an incubator fund - look how they invested in Lite Access privately and are bringing it to the public.

It certainly does not sound like a Mobile App Company anymore. I think of it as a vehicle for Paul to utilize his investment acumen to get ground floor investment opportunities in other companies that the individual investor cannot.

Not sure if that makes more sense than my original post.
