I agree with some of your reply. By Western Standards this company certainly seems incompetent in unlocking Shareholder's value. Don't forget that Eastern ( Chinese) Standards often look at much longer time horizons(years) regarding their commitment to Shareholders. We put so much pressure on Domestic Companies to maximize shareholder value that "Wall Street" can favor then turn it's back on any given company within a 1-3 month time period. Sometimes sooner if Wall Street doesn't like what it sees. I think this ridiculous. Maybe I'm the fool. I am obviously betting on "incompetence" rather than outright fraud. aka too good to be true.Time will tell. Thanks for your reply.
