Wharf Rat- What in the world could be her motive for subjecting herself to 10 years of such agony. The unbearable scrutiny and the constant fear of being found out would seem unbearable.
Why would this elderly grandmother chose to live out her last days in the center of a chit storm.
She must have great love and devotion for her country
She must have the working poor as a great burden on her heart.
She must have a strong desire to champion down trodden women in the work place.
She must stay up at night concerned over the middle class out there in the heartland of America who go to work everyday and yet see their standard of living going down, down down.
She must grieve over that young college student who works two part time jobs as he attends school that is costing him a fortune in student loans he will never be able to repay.
She must be haunted by the tears of that young single mother who is not paid enough at her waitressing job to feed her five children.

Or, then again, she may just be a power hungry bitch.
