Who is responsible for ISIS and the chaos in Iraq? Is it Obama or is it Bush. It has to be Obama.
Why? Here is the Iraq that George Bush left to Obama in the words of Obama himself.

Fort Bragg on Dec.14, 2011 Obama had been president for three years. With the coming 2012 election Obama wanted out of Iraq so we were abandoning Iraq completely. Here is what he said.

"We are leaving behind a sovereign, stable, and self-reliant Iraq, with a representative government that was elected by its people".

So you see the unraveling of Iraq did not begin till late 2011 when President Obama purposely or ignorantly overestimated the strength of Iraq in his rush to pull out before his own 2012 election. He left them to their fate. Now we see the result of Obama abandoning that fledgeling Republic.

The question should be ask of Obama, "Knowing what you know now was abandoning Iraq in 2011 a mistake?"

The key difference here is that Obama was told clearly what would happen if he abandoned Iraq before it was ready. He was told by George Bush and General Petraeus and many, many others.

The community organizer believed he knew more than anyone and he had a run for re election to worry about. We clearly have the duffus in chief Obama to thank for Isis in Iraq.

I raq is now plagued by two Islamic jihadists extremist. The Sunni Islamic State and the Shiite Islamic Republic of Iran now use Iraq for a battleground. Obama is confused and bewildered about which side he is on. Our one time allies in the region snub us. We have Obama to thank for all this.
