Actually, I extrapolated from my experience, and thought, "Boy is this a PITA. Why did I say yes? Never again."
That was before you started bitching. Nothing's changed.
Solar was never a consideration. That's changed. If I ever forget "never again" and go back into rural inner city redevelopment, I'll include solar, just for you.
