You keep saying that but I think you need to narrow it down. Reagan did sign into law, as president, legislation that required you to pay for more of you own damned water projects (mid 80s). Is THAT what you're referring to?

Because you really can't blame that on Reagan. If someone says, "You need to pay for your own water supply, and you've got the next 30 years to prepare for it," then you have plenty of time to get ready.

This is a bullshit, weak, liberal blame game. You assholes chose to spend your money unwisely, chose not to prepare for a fairly obvious eventuality, and now you want to blame it on everyone else. It is Reagan. It is Global Warming. It is ANYONE BUT ME. Well, bullshit. It is YOU. YOUR MESS. YOU clean it up.
