We'll breed a race of Einstein's if we can just keep the fetuses constantly marinated in enough marijuana? Imagine the fetus being fed a stream of materials that increase brain function. That encourage brain cell formation. The only problem that they have in Jamaica is the right strains. They should be consuming more CBD instead of the THC.
