Brian, if the demand is there, there always are someone to build fabs. I am not worried about finance part. Global economy is like giant puzzle, nobody really know what the chain reaction will be when SEA slow down their consumption and default on their loans. If there were enough number of companies slow their new investment... Even think about it, it give me chills.

I am total agree with you that it will take long long time for them to implement the needed changes.
