It is possible that AMD will have 400Mhz K6 by Q2 98 that they can ship in volume to undercut Intel although unlikely IMHO.

The problem is that their is only a small segment of the market 20-30% that always want leading edge and is willing to pay for it.

If everybody can make 300Mhz+ CPU's their prices will not be $500 or $400 or $300 or $200 or...???
