I do not think you should expect the warrants to be extended, if they were it would be very unusual. Most people have already made their investment decisions based upon the current expiry date, this would be very unfair to them and would destroy the the whole concept of what a warrant is; causing a lot of argument. Warrents are a high risk investment and if you can not tolerate the risk in your account you should not own these. It may not be the best thing for the company to have the warrents exercise right now because a better deal could always be cut later at a higher price.
