As previously reported, on March 26, 2015, NASDAQ notified Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (the “ Company ”) that it was suspending its common stock from trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market (“ NASDAQ ”) at the open of business on March 30, 2015 and that it would file a Form 25 Notification of Delisting (“ Form 25 ”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“ SEC ”) once all internal appeal periods had run. On May 21, 2015, NASDAQ filed a Form 25 with the SEC to delist the Company’s common stock. The delisting will become effective on June 1, 2015.
