I also have this one on my watch list especially after I booked my small gain on DISCA.

I was holding off since their debt was under review for a downgrade by Moody's.

Rating Action: Moody's assigns Baa1 rating to Scripps Networks Interactive Inc.'s new bond offering; ratings under review for downgrade

I thought their last earnings report was ok ( as good as DISCA) and I like the sector and that they pay a dividend. What's your take on the Moody's possible downgrade?

Presently have no position in DISCA and/or SNI. Watching the sector w/ the Charter offer for TWC and how DIS is growing in the media space (especially ESPN), both DISCA and SNI still provide needed content for the cable subscriber and/or streaming internet user.
