Turning sewage into water and garbage into ground cover take your choice.

So Calif can become a very sad looking state. People remove grass get a rebate that can be applied to soil toppings You can use a herbicide to kill the grass and of course a few birds who vie for seed and water both in certain areas of CA. Older specimen trees seek the sewer lines as salvation and the city has to clean those lines or the area would be anything but sanitized. .How to save how to solve?

You cannot mandate equal as pocket books are not equal. Artificial turf replaces grass and back to where do the few city dwelling creatures go never mind the hardy fisher person trying to find a worm. We try to save the Monarch Butterfly but we can't grow the milk weed it thrives on. Ever ever ever backward becomes forward and backward again.

The computing power of computers is fabulous the visions of man too slow. Time lapse and the future vision is fabricated as backwards.
