Yes great idea with pristine and working drive!

Also imaging is the best solution for Windows. I'm using imaging since Drive Image was on the market who knows how long ago. I just lowed that software, too bad that were later bought out and ruined by Symantec. Unfortunately, average user usually don't do imaging of their system. Average users computer (with windows) gets slower and infested over time and when they call you for help, usually they don't have 'factory default restore DVD's' as well lol
