That is utterly absurd. People have been swimming and boating in reservoirs for decades. You ever heard of a reservoir being contaminated by boat residue or pee?

Water is processed before it is distributed. And tested for contamination.

This is the kind of scientific illiteracy you expect from liberals but you can never quite prepare yourself for the idiocy of it.
