Everyone is tired of the wars. Myself included.

.....I don't claim to know enough details to list a complete set of things we should do............but I'd have unlimited airstrikes against any realistic target with special forces on the ground as spotters......I would arm the Kurds DIRECTLY with sufficient heavy weapons to counter any ISIS weapons superiority. I would stop any oil exportation out of the area.either by pipeline or tanker truck. Simple strafing will stop any tanker trunk movement in short order. My understanding is we do NONE of these things.
