How did Bush "close" the pandora's box exactly? We paid the Sunnis to help us fight the insurgents and we gave them the impression we would back them but then Bush just left them hanging.... This all happened before Obama ever got elected.... The Shiites took control and they stopped paying those guys and started treating them like crap. That's why ISIS was able to move into Mosul so easily and also Ramadi just lately..... It was stupidity from the getgo to think you could just kick out the group that had controlled Iraq for centuries and then put the people they had been controlling in charge and then everything would work out wonderfully... Bush caused this WHOLE mess and to to now try to blame Obama for it is just IGNORANCE or just total stupidity.
