I only have the V/L report from July but it sure looks good to me.
It's in the expanded edition which has less of a write-up. This is
OK with me as I find their opinions to be a little off-base sometimes.
(e.g.- NN's write-up a year ago before the stock price more than
doubled! I have never heard any bad news on the company yet the
people at V/L were not impressed.)

Anyway, for Lattice, they rate performance, technical and safety
ranks all at 4 (On the lower end of a 1 to 5 scale). Just looking at
the numbers makes me think some of these guys smoke white, crumbly
rocks.

Eric, are your growth numbers based on sales or earnings?
The V/L gives one year rates as 17.5% for sales, 26.5% for cash flow,
41% for earnings, and 61.5% for BV. It rates financial strength a B .
Pretty amazing since they have about $10 a share in cash.

A very attractive stock.

Just one more question: I've heard people talking about institutional
investing. IMO, that's the one negative here. At least 70% is
institutionally owned. I was always taught to avoid those types.
Why is this a positive? Won't it increase the volatility of the
stock price?

V/R

Tony.
