According to that graph, only 4% of minimum wage workers are 16. He claimed 100% so he is off by a factor of 24. By the standards of most of his posts, he is actually closer than usual.

Now, to your post. According to this

74% of men and 64% of women age 18 still live at home. For the 19-24 group those numbers are down to 50% and 42% respectively. I suppose you can assume that all of the minimum wage earners live at home, but the odds are against it.
