"Let me put it this way. There are a LOT of rich liberals in the Bay Area alone. Yet there are many, many homeless people here, especially in the former San Jose "Jungle" which was recently dismantled.

The Bay Area is incredibly rich, so why are there hungry people here?

There are lots of rich conservatives in the Bay Area, too. People are hungry and/or homeless because they don't have enuf money to pay for food and/or shelter. I guess wealth really doesn't trickle down. Some of them also have mental problems.
I'm thinking we might get some state or federal political activity started if SF gives their homeless free taxi rides to the front gates of Hillsbourough.

Maybe these people can hire 15 more gardeners.
