HRBC...Hot Ride Big Curves...

I feel like a manic-depressive(not that there is anything wrong with that :^), since I've know Harbinger.

Here is what I think is going on...fall from 42 to ~22 due to the merger and analysts pulling out due to big one-time charges and uncertainty, then shareholders pulling out due to concern for risks with such an important but difficult merger (geographically, distributors now competitors, loss of focus on growing customer base, etc.), and rumor of earnings shortfall (slightly lower 4th quarter estimate by one broker). Then finally on Wednesday, anticipation of the end of the acquisition period and the expectation of "positive" news about the merger being voted. Then on Thursday they held the shareholders meetings. I've been to a few where some of the shareholders take a bite out of the Directors rears and everyone comes away nervous. If that is what happened Thursday, it would/could explain the sell off yesterday. Then today, the analysts get back on board, combined with triple witching day, giving us a big boost. I'm dizzy.

Sure wish someone would post some facts to explain all this.
