I guess maybe they did some internal testing and found 450mg was even more effective, or possible that Forendo passed on this information as a suggestion to improve results for the PIIB. Forendo have a big stake in this being a success as not only will they receive royalties, but I assume they can use the approval in USA to gain approval for Europe where they have full ownership.
