Angier: LH...What are your "gearhead" qualifications? Actually I'm sort of an aspiring gearhead, though I do what I can to at least look the part (Woz autograph-edition propeller beanie, specially lined with aluminum foil--you know, so They can't read your thoughts). By the way, is this really such a sterile environment that we must discuss in secret elsewhere? Not as far as I'm concerned. But is posting in violation of martial law really worth the risk? (We're probably already on double-secret probation.) Windows--now that's my idea of a sterile environment. (As you can see, I'm just getting the hang of italicizing and other typographical tweaks. Reminds me of the dark days when Tyrannosaurus DOS roamed the earth.) L.H.
