Dan, problems were definitely there at 11:13 and 11:38. Could not get limit order buys filled at the ask. When I cancelled the orders, it said CLOSED instead of CANCEL. Also, this was a Nasdaq stock (CSCO). Not sure if NYSE stocks had problems.
