I normally agree with the IT manager policy but Windows 10 is more like the 3rd upgrade to Windows 8 versus a whole new operating system.

I use Windows 7 and 8.1 on my laptop and even with 8.1 I waited till they had an upgrade release to make it more mouse friendly and have the shut off button.
