RE: "What the judge did was "disabled" IE. The DOJ petition did not request the disabling of IE, so this is irrelavant." Maybe MSFT is trying to manuever DOJ into explicitly stating that "disabling" meets the requirements of the consent decree. Sort of like brer rabbitt saying "please don't throw me in that briar patch." Machiavelli would be pleased. JD
