Why do I get the idea that you want the private sector to fix it by themselves? When has that ever been done?
It's up to all of us as individuals to fix the problem.

We will always have the poor and homeless. That's life.

You're the one, however, who wants to "ship the problem" to the rich neighborhoods.

Typical liberal, never takes personal responsibility, but will always vote for someone to do it.
