Because they have a mental disorder that needs treatment - not affirmation of their delusions or being made into fake hero's or ridiculed. They need treatment.

First of all, how do you know what they need...........are you a shrink?

Secondly, the needed treatment may well be changing their sex.

Thirdly, why does this matter to you.............they are not hurting anyone.
