First of all, how do you know what they need...........are you a shrink?

Is that required to understand someone is sick in the head?
Plenty of research already written on the subject.

Secondly, the needed treatment may well be changing their sex.

That really can't be done - sure they can cut here and there - but they never really change sex.

Thirdly, why does this matter to you.............they are not hurting anyone.
They damage society with their insistence that everyone accept them and their mental problems. Even you are part of the problem suggesting that I'm intolerant when I recognize someone is mentally ill. If Bruce wants to wear makeup and a dress - that's fine - but don't call yourself a woman and expect everyone to goose step with you - you're not a woman, you're a mentally ill man in a dress.
